Easy Rental Process, Hassle-Free Returns

Renting gear from us is a breeze. 

✓ Browse and Choose: Simply browse our available rentals here on our website. 

✓ Book It: If you see something you want to rent, Contact Us to confirm availability for the dates you need as well as ask us any questions you may have. If the item you want is available for your preferred pick up and return dates, we'll reserve the dates for you and have the gear ready for you on your pick up date. (Please note that we require 48-hour notice of cancellation to avoid a service fee for holding the item(s) for you.)

✓ Pick Up: Stop by the store on your scheduled pick up date anytime during our normal business hours of 10:00am to 4:00pm. (NOTE: Our Rentals Department is open Monday through Friday, so pick up and return dates cannot be scheduled for weekends.) When at Looking Glass, sign our Rental Agreement and pay the rental fee. ✓ Return: On your return date, just bring it back to us before 11:00am in the same condition you received it and you'll be all set. It's that simple! You are responsible for any damage or loss during your rental as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
